Senior Treasury Analyst

Looking for a friendly, detailed oriented individual, with advanced Excel and good communication skills to work in our treasury team.
This individual will have contact with each subsidiary every day, reviewing banking activity, anticipating expenses to ensure liquidity is properly allocated.
*Responsibilities* * Supervise a Financial Analyst * Review a completed cash file for accuracy each day and determine if any intercompany loans are needed.
* Timely communication to Office Managers * Monthly SOFR rate review and communication * Review and recording intercompany payments throughout the month * Approve Operating Company Rent Payments * Bank reporting (review and submission) * Review Debt Summary monthly * Intercompany reconciliations quarterly * Outgoing wires * Set-up new bank users * General review of property bank accounts weekly * Quarterly property account cash analysis * Quarterly reporting for CFO * Recording monthly interest and bank fees * Assist Office Managers with various bank inquiries *Job Requirements* * Bachelor in Finance or Accounting * Advanced Excel Skills * 2-5 Years Experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * GAAP: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
