Airbnb Help (Williams Bay)

We have a new Airbnb in Williams Bay but we are not local.
We are looking for a very reliable young person to do odd jobs around the house for us.
A couple of examples are to check in on the house, change key code between guests, set up special amenities for guests, move patio furniture in garage during winter and back out in the spring.
Adding special touches to the house that make it more homey :)
