Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum - Teach various subjects such as Math, Physical Education, and Special Education - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students - Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development and well-being - Implement early intervention strategies for students who require additional support - Promote child welfare and ensure the safety and well-being of students Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities - Proficiency in classroom technology and educational software Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
