Key Responsibilities:
Train and develop team members during assigned shift
Recognize and reward achievements of team members
Assign job duties and set goals
Provide outstanding customer service to guests
Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries/practices
Assist in inventory control
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
Preform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server
