Prairie Woods Golf Course is an 18 hole public golf course that is family owned and located in Avalon, WI.
The beautiful, 18 hole par 71 course cut out of pristine farmland features majestic, 100 year old trees and hilly terrain.
The course is a pleasure for golfers of all skill levels.
*Qualifications*
· Minimum of two years of management experience
· Background in the golf business
· Proficient in word and excel
*Experience Required*
· Superior customer service skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with all management staff, superintendent and owners.
· Goal oriented
· Knowledge of running a golf operation and develop programs to promote the growth of the game of golf
*Responsibilities*
· Responsible for hiring, training, supervising all golf related employees
· Oversees and manages the pro shop including ordering merchandise, product sales, and inventory management
· Manages and oversees website and social media pages
· Prepares budgets, revenue and revenue goals to provide financial feedback to owners
· Manage and oversee all golf outings and league
· Being able to manage and understand GolfNow POS system and able to train others to maximize rounds played/revenue
· Assures that effective orientation and training are given to all employees
· Effective communication with f&b manager, superintendent and owners
· Highly organized, efficient and detailed oriented
· Expected to work shifts at the proshop counter and assisting in the bar area as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
