To support our Creative Marketing Services Department, we are seeking a driven, detail orientated Catalog Production Manager to direct and prioritize the production of print media documents for various catalogs and support materials.

What You’ll Do
Our Catalog Production Managers ensure electronic documents for print media meet print deadlines with artistically and technically accurate art documents.
You will create and maintain InDesign document templates, style sheets, and brand libraries.
You will be responsible for assigning and prioritizing duties for a team of Production Artists.
In addition, you’ll also:
• Ensure catalog production schedules are followed by brand teams
• Create and maintain campaigns and offers within database
• Prepare full book PDFs for review
• Prepare final approved documents and create print ready PDFs for press vendors
Qualifications
We need a Production Manager with a high degree of print industry knowledge who enjoys overseeing a team.
Ideally you will possess an Associate’s Degree in Graphic or Commercial Art.
In addition, we are looking for:
• 5+ years print/catalog industry experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Excellent computer skills (InDesign, Excel, Content Management Systems/Databases)
• Layout art/graphics experience
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to produce consistent quantities and qualities of output, working through roadblocks and distractions in a fast paced work environment.
• Ability to give clear and concise instructions
This hybrid position is based at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, and you'll work onsite Tuesday – Thursday and may work remotely most Mondays and Fridays.
