Job Summary Lead and coach employees to ensure smooth and effective operations! Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a culture of exceptional customer care.
Implement and apply policies and procedures.
Maintain and repair car wash equipment.
Proactively ensure safety in the workplace Responsibilities Assist in training and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Contact and communicate with customers after incidents, explaining the wash process! Address and resolve customer complaints in a swift and meaningful way.
Promote and educate customers about monthly wash club and Fleet pass programs.
Communicate with site managers regarding operational concerns.
Represent Mr.
Splash Car Wash with a positive attitude in the community! Qualifications Mechanical knowledge highly recommended Experience in customer service.

Vehicle cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus.

Work Conditions Car washers need to be physically fit and able to work in all types of weather.
Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
Attendants may be required to wear appropriate clothing for the working conditions.
