Prop Shaft Supply is seeking a Human Resources Manager.

This position originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Duties Include:
* Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, YA program, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing programs, employee relations, and exit interviewing.
* Administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel, assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining the employee handbook.
* Benefits administration to include change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees, processing claims for FMLA and STD.
* Responsible for tracking employee attendance.
* Weekly Payroll Administration.
* Maintains affirmative action program – files EEO-1 report annually and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
* Assists in evaluating reports, decisions, and department results with established goals.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual efficiency improvements.
* Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database
* Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
* Responsible for all aspects of Workers’ compensation claims, OSHA Log tracking, communication, etc.
, and serves as company Safety Program Manager.
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
* Equivalent to an appropriate four-year college program.
* 3-5 years of previous work experience in the HR field
* PHR/SPHR Certified Preferred
