Regarded as one of the best country club lifestyles in Wisconsin, the Beloit Club offers our members an award-winning 18-hole golf course, family-friendly pool areas, a stunning clubhouse facility spanning 24,000 square feet and incredible dining experiences at every stop.
THE PLAYER
As a key member of our staff, our pool supervisor must ensure the pool operates smoothly, with sufficient stock and staff at all times.
The ideal candidate in this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers, as well as effectively make use of downtime.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a customer service orientation and commitment to company values and image.
The pool supervisor pays close attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of staff, as well as the financial success of the establishment.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
Prepare weekly schedules for pool managers and servers to adequately cover all shifts
Work with F&B department to develop and promote new menu offerings
Train staff to be fully knowledgeable on all menu offerings
Maintain pool chemicals, keeping chemicals at required levels
Provide coverage in case of employee absence and adjust staffing as necessary to meet business demands
Monitor inventory to ensure adequate stock is maintained and to prevent excess pours or abuse by staff
Oversee cleanliness of staff and physical pool bar and lounging areas, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations
Ensure proper cash management
Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines
Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served

Requirements:
YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THE BELOIT CLUB IF
You have a High School diploma or equivalent degree
You have basic computer skills
You have your ServeSafe certification
You are able to regularly talk and hear
You are able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stopp, and crouch
You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs
