To oversee the operations of the Spa and ensure that the guest experience is a relaxing retreat with the services offered.
Responsible for the daily operations of the Calladora Spa.
Maintain Lake Lawn's standards to ensure consistency in regards to guest service and quality of product by direct guest interaction.
Guide business decisions by staying on top of Spa industry trends.
Responsible to monitor and analyse the products and services of competitive Spas, to maintain a competitive advantage.
Implement full Spa product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
Maintain an up to date version of the Spa Procedure Manual and ensure compliance.
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
Develop procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring.
Ensure the Spa is always staged for maximum buyer impact.
Work closely with Sales, Conference Services and Catering Sales to up sell, design, coordinate and book spa services for conferences and/or wedding functions.
Train and supervise the Spa staff utilizing an on-going training program.
Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.

Resort and/or Spa Therapy/Esthetician schooling and/or experience with two (2) to three (3) years Management experience.
Prefer to have a Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician License, but not necessary
First Aid and CPR certification a plus
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The position is indoors; and is exposed to wet, hot, and/or humid conditions at times.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to quiet.
The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority at their desk and/or on their feet.
