Full-time Maintenance Supervisor position in our Walworth location.
Responsibilities include general maintenance of the building, grounds, and facility equipment within current federal, state and local standards and regulations.
Schedule is typically day shift, Monday through Friday with shared on-call responsibilities for some evenings and some weekends.
Willingness to learn and a heart to serve seniors is required.
Basic knowledge of or experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and/or HVAC is a plus.
Candidates should be trustworthy, able to work independently, and demonstrate good problem solving skills.
