Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
Maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
Overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
Managing food and labor costs
Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover; initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
Interviewing and hiring team members
