Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and overall restaurant performance.
Lead the team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's reputation and attract new customers.
Collaborate with the chef to curate and update menus for casual lunches and full-service dinners within the accepted food cost structure.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.
Train and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain high cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the rebranded restaurant.
Requirements:
Proven restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for a memorable dining experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Experience in menu development and a keen understanding of culinary trends.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

Must qualify as an alcohol agent for the establishment
