Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling procedures, customer service skills, and restaurant policies.
- Handle employee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus.
