We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee Shop, assistant in overseeing bakery, events, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for Coffee, Community, & contributing to a great team!.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary-only backup as necessary
- Handle 1st level of customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist with coffee trailer events and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately
```Skills```
- Previous experience with coffee and/or customer service required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive coffee culture experience
- Proficient in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
