HVAC Lead Installer

* *Position Description:* We are looking for customer focused Lead Installer who is able to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose as well as repair HVAC equipment.
*Qualifications:* * Minimum of *5 years*’ experience as a Lead Installer * Demonstrate and Promote Company values of Integrity, People-Oriented, Value our Partnerships, and a Positive Attitude with a Hard Work Ethic * Must Be Able To Pass a Physical Abilities and Drug Test * Service and installation experience in the HVAC industry * EPA Type II license preferred * Valid Driver’s License * High school diploma or GED required * Must be able to lift 100+ pounds and be able to safely handle and work from a ladder *Responsibilities:* * Install and service all HVAC related residential equipment and accessories, low voltage controls, and wiring.
* Troubleshoot boiler and radiant heating systems.
* Sheet metal fabrication and layout.
* Commercial installation and fabrication.
* Manage jobs and train apprentices.
* Communicate with customers and office staff in a timely manner.
* Comply will all safety and install standards.
