Warehouse Operations Supervisor

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – DISTRIBUTION We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who will report to the Distribution Center Supervisor, and who’ll be tasked with helping us distribute parts, accessories & apparel for our dealers and customers.
As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth.

Want to bring your true self on this adventure? YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO : Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities (inbound and outbound).
Establish and lead projects including physical inventory moves, relabelling, SKU information, bin information, cycle counts, stock counts, consolidations, and verifying dimensions and weights.
Supervise people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and people development as required.
Provide regular coaching, counseling, and communication to Site Supervisor, Peers, Leads, Coordinators, and employees.
Maintain a clean and safe environment while being compliant with OSHA and Company Safety Guidelines.
Maintain quality work procedures, standards, and practices.
Define and plan projects to ensure operational strategies are executed.
Establish and achieve performance goals through the performance management process.
Interact with other departments frequently to resolve operational issues.
Capture and analyze data on current processes to develop plans to meet business needs.
Support current and future projects such as S4 implementation and training.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: 5 years or more in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related experience 2 years or more experience leading a team Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Proven accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and data entry Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings if needed Preferred: SAP system experience Natural curiosity and the ability to work independently Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply, or related field is a plus Do you have other qualifications?
