RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and execution of food items required for all events, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Assist with hotel breakfast.
Perform cooking, carving, and/or buffet stations as required Operates food production equipment according to manufacturers' instructions Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all items Plates food items for service (with assistance from banquet staff) Maintains the inventory of food and supplies Makes sure all items are wrapped, dated, labeled, and stored properly Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Keeps all areas of the kitchen clean and organized Attends staff meetings There is a lot of flexibility with this position and this kitchen.
This is a full-time position that can be hourly or salary.
