Direct Care Supervisor - Behavioral Home

Homes for Independent Living is looking for a *Supervisor* to join our Management team in Fort Atkinson.
Our Supervisors provide direct supervision for our long term clients and assigned caregivers within one of our program settings.

for 2nd shift and weekends * $2,000 Referral Bonus * Full benefits package * Employee Assistance Programs * Up to 21 days of PTO in your first year *What we need from you:* * At least 18 years of age * Valid WI Driver’s License with 3 years of clean driving history * Two (2) years of experience providing community based residential support services in a long term community-based care setting * Demonstrated experience mentoring and motivating staff * Ability to complete a background check, TB test, and physical *So what will you do?* * Performance management of employees * Maintaining excellent communication with guardians/case workers/management * Assistance with client's daily living activities, transportation, cooking, and cleaning * Assistance with personal cares as needed * Empowering the use of their own coping skills and making healthy decisions * Supporting functional social and community skills, recreational activities and redirection of challenging behaviors.
