*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
Is responsible for ensuring all aspects of production are performing at a top tier level.
Act as a liaison between production crews, company headquarters, and customers.
Is responsible for ensuring that each foreman and operator(s) are working with cohesiveness and unity, and they perform duties per the established processes and procedures, while maintaining high moral.
Maintain proper staffing levels and facilitate training for crew members.
Drives superior customer service and satisfaction.
Maintain top tier workmanship (superior quality) from each crew.
Meet or exceed labor standards and material usage efficiencies (avoid waste).
Build and maintain exceptional moral across the production team.
Ensure that commitments to internal and external customers are met or exceeded.
Drives teams to ensure installation schedules are kept (making up delays).
Maintain an uncompromising atmosphere of cohesiveness, work-family, and unity.
Maintains consistent and effective communication to customers, headquarters, and work crews in both written and verbal forms.
Ensure that each team member performs duties per the established processes and policies.
Become the resident expert in the production process and the product.
Manages daily operations of the office, warehouse, and production.
Supports management, business goals and ensures the teams are working in unison to achieve or surpass those goals.
Responsible for ensuring that appropriate materials are on hand to complete upcoming jobs on time, and all inventory is accounted for (on hand and usage on jobs).
Responsible for crews maintaining company equipment accordingly (cleaned, serviced, and always ready for usage).
Performs follow-up calls with customers after jobs are completed, for gaining feedback for continuous improvement and reviews.
Conducts a daily startup meeting with the foremen to review the day’s work and expectations, as well as focusing on safety.
Must facilitate/complete all required paperwork including but not limited to: job site checklists, request forms, vehicle/trailer inspection forms, job related work orders, incident reports, etc.
Maintains a consistently good attitude towards the company, crew, customers, and management.
Adapts and overcomes obstacles as needed, while maintaining superior quality and supporting company values.
Maintains high standards and conduct and sets a good example for other team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
*Additional Work Experience / Preferences:*
3+ years managing multiple work crews, customer service, and schedules is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
