REPORTS TO: Director of HR
SUMMARY:
This position develops, directs, and coordinates all human resources related activities, such as employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
The Human Resources Generalists and Administrative Assistant will report directly to this individual.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Manage the HR team in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives
Streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department
Oversee the development and administration of all HR related activities
Leads implementation of policies and procedures
Complete special projects or other duties as assigned, along with planning and coordinating many projects simultaneously
Must perform all duties in conjunction with UAI and ISO requirements
Has the authority to stop production when nonconforming parts are detected

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
At least 5 years related Human Resources experience
Demonstrated leadership skills including at least 3 years supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
Must be able to navigate in a windows based computer environment, along with experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
