Accounts Payable Team Lead – Verona Wisconsin
Salary: $26-$32/hour
The Job:
Immediate Full Time Staff Accountant Opening due to internal promotion
Be the primary/senior contact within the Accounts Payable department
Process purchase orders, subcontractor invoices and other various invoices
Issue payments (checks, EFTs, virtual credit cards) weekly
Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies
Process employee expense reports
Reconcile and maintain corporate lodging invoicing and payment program

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field required
Proficiency with Great Plains and Acumatica
Experienced in working with Microsoft Office products
System Implementation experience
Construction industry and multi-location experience preferred
Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance
Strong analytical, organizational, financial and reporting skill
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced / demanding environment
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, motivated self-starter
Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Credit and Background checks are required
