*Role Responsibilities:*
* Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring thorough training and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Enhance team proficiency in quality control techniques and lean enterprise methodologies.
* Implement strategies for quality measurement and improvement to meet company and customer quality standards.
* Oversee product quality documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ongoing enhancement.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive supplier quality assurance program.
*Candidate Profile:*
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; significant relevant experience also considered.
* Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
* ASQ Certification preferred.
* Proficient in metal fabrication, QA methodologies, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at advocating for quality standards.
