*JOB OVERVIEW* The dining experience is of utmost importance to our overnight and day guests.
Not only do we wish to deliver an inspired menu and artfully plated dishes, but we wish to do so with genuine care and the highest customer service.

Additionally, we are looking for a leader -- one who can manage day-to-day restaurant and banquet operations, verifying that product and service quality match or exceed our brand standards.
The F&B Manager maintains the operating budget, supervises front of house staff, and ensures compliance with all F&B policies and procedures.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* _Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:_ * Schedule hourly staff, track attendance, and set and monitor performance standards.
* Supervise daily F&B restaurant and banquet shift operation and monitor compliance with all F&B policies, standards & procedures.
* Assist in ordering F&B supplies and uniforms.
* Assist with monthly inventory.
* Encourage and build mutual respect and cooperation among team members.
* Able to perform F&B employees' duties in their absence and operate department equipment.
* Head up pre-shift meetings and training, sharing service culture, food, and wine/spirits knowledge * Individually coach team members to provide exemplary customer service.
* Monitor and inspire associate productivity while prioritizing two-way communication and an open-door policy.
* Coordinate cleaning and self-inspection program.
* Takes proactive approach to guest concerns & reviews all guest feedback and follows up in a timely manner with appropriate action.
* Comprehend budget, operating statements and payroll reports.
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE* * High school diploma or GED * Four years' experience in the food & beverage, culinary or related professional area * Degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related major id desired, but not required.
