Full-Time Shift Available
Sign-on Bonus Available
Schedule: PM Shift (2pm-10pm).
All shifts require every other weekend and some holidays.
Shift Differential Available for PM and NOC shifts
Responsibilities
Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives.
Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
Attend training sessions, staff meetings and in-services; complete required educational units annually and obtain a minimum of 12 hrs.

Read and adhere to resident rights agreement and report any violations immediately.
Treat residents, families and other staff with dignity and respect.

Requirements:
Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
Excellent communications and human relation skills.
Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
Ability to hear communication and communicate verbally, visually and in writing with staff and residents.
Tolerant of interruptions and flexible when changes occur - may be subjected to verbal or physical outbursts from residents.
Active Wisconsin CNA license or the ability to obtain.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
