$400 Room in amazing location with amazing roommates!! (janesville)

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting now The room is located on the main floor with a mostly private bathroom (I allowed guests to use my bathroom as it's the only bathroom on the main floor) right next door.
There is another bathroom in the master along with a bathroom upstairs which the two other girls share.
The roommates are incredibly sweet and enjoy anything outdoors, plants, and spending time with friends.
