Business Development Representative

Primary Responsibilities * Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses * Commute throughout Racine county for regular marketing cold calls (Company vehicle is provided) * Met sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world * Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients) * Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Manager with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) * Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals Position Requirements * Must be driven and motivated to work independently daily * Outside sales experience preferred but not required * Strong business and financial knowledge and process-and-results-driven attitude * Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a plus * Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft and OS platforms.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus * Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law * Valid Driver's License (Required) * Strong attention to detail * Ability to problem solve while being compassionate in high stress situations * Participate in chamber, and other local organization events.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
