We are seeking a Sample Coordinator for our customer, County Materials in Janesville, WI.

The dedicated Sample Coordinator will join our Landscape Manufacturing Team and support our dealer and location sales efforts.
This role involves managing and coordinating the sample process to ensure timely delivery to our dealers, locations, and sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate with others.
Job Duties:
Sample Coordination: Oversee the product sample coordination process, including receiving, tracking, labeling, and distributing samples to dealers, locations, and sales representatives.
Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and well-organized sample inventory, ensuring it is up-to-date and readily accessible.
Monitor inventory levels and order additional samples as needed.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, locations, and sales reps regarding sample requests, availability, and delivery timelines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on samples to verify that they meet our company's standards and specifications.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of samples.
Resolve any issues related to sample shipments or quality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain sample reports and documentation, providing comprehensive information as required by dealers, locations, and sales representatives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and sales teams to anticipate and address any sample-related issues that may arise during the production process.
Assist in developing strategies to meet the unique sample requirements of sales reps, dealers, and locations.
Promotional Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide samples for various promotional activities, trade shows, and client presentations.
Ensure that samples are appropriately branded and packaged for promotional events.
Training and Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sample coordination and management.
Share this knowledge with relevant teams to enhance sample-related processes.
Work Environment:
Warehouse working environment.
85% Indoor and 15% Outdoor.

Carrying/Lifting 10 – 50lbs occasionally

Experience & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sample coordination, inventory management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of dealer, location, and sales representative dynamics.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, dealers, locations, and sales reps.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific sample management practices is a plus.
