SCHEDULE COULD SHIFT +/- 1 HOUR TO ALLOCATE RESOURCES APPROPRIATELY*
*\*POSITION IS 100% ONSITE BASED OUT OF JEFFERSON, WI \*LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FIRST \**
*\*MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB LADDERS AND STAIRS.
REQUIRES DAILY WALKING THROUGH A CONSTRUCTION SITE.

*MUST HAVE: Strong MEP construction experience preferably in the food and/or manufacturing industry.
*
A CM will lead the shared FIELD support team which may consist of various on-site supporting project resources (Scheduler, Safety, cost control, expeditor, etc.
).
*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION (Minimum):*
1.
Experience managing projects through all phases of construction 2.
PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA or similar 3.
OSHA 30 4.
CPR 5.
Fall protection
*EXPERIENCE (Years/Type):*
1.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Construction Management related.
MUST HAVE: Strong MEP construction experience preferably in the food and/or manufacturing industry.
2.
More than 3 years’ experience software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Cx Alloy, and others)
*SKILLS:*
· Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology.
This includes but is not limited to; BIM 360 and BIM Field, File Sharing Systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
), Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note, etc.
)
· Must possess strong decision-making abilities
· Be able to climb ladders, stairs and requires daily walking through a construction site
· Must able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
· Must be able to handle numerous technical, commercial, and administrative skills
· Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis is required
· Must be highly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to solving problems
· Steel toe shoes are required and to be provided at own expense.
Other safety gear will be provided by the facility
