Controls Technician

*CONTROLS TECHNICIAN* Our high-volume manufacturing facility in Delavan, Wisconsin seeks a Controls Technician for 2nd shift.
Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: · Ability to read and interpret schematics.
· Ability to troubleshoot and install wiring 110/220 V and 480 V 3 phase systems.
· Troubleshooting and maintaining system controls and electronics · Perform PLC programming upgrades and wiring modifications on production equipment.
· Maintain and improve the factory machine server and network.
· Working knowledge of Servo motors systems.
· Experienced in DC or AC variable speed drives.
· Perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
· Familiar with electrical codes and OSHA regulations.
Associates Degree and 2-5 years’ minimum hands-on experience in processing and high-speed packaging is required.
The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and be able to effectively communicate within a cooperative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41.
