We are a woman owned small business located in Jefferson, Wisconsin for over 30 years.
We are *immediately *hiring a *foreman with minimal **5 years of leadership in concrete forming* *and finishing.

We have 20-30 concrete finishers/laborers working on projects in a 30-50 mile radius of Jefferson.
A large percentage of our work is in the Madison area doing commercial buildings, but we do occasional residential projects as well.
Our area of expertise is wall-forming using aluminum forms, flat work, stoops, stairs, and other concrete forming for projects.
A foreman with our organization is a *hands-on foreman working alongside with a crew* of an average 5-8 individuals.

HANDS-ON-DUTIES:
· Follow all safety guidelines, and promote a safe work environment for self and crew.
· Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
· Check fluid levels on all equipment and vehicles.
· Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use.
· Install and tie rebar and wire mesh.
· Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
· Assist to align, straighten, plumb and square forms for installation.
· Clean and organize site to eliminate potential hazards.
· Keep job site, trucks, and equipment clean.
· Report any issues including the malfunction of equipment or vehicles immediately to foreman
· All other duties assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Mastery of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills
· Excellent project management skills demonstrating time management, efficiency, and cost controlling measures
· Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
· Mentorship for incoming new talent for future growth
· Reading and interpreting blueprints & construction plans, using concrete finishing tools, power screeds
· Establishing/maintaining professional interactions with site superintendents, officials, and other public entities
