As a Product Configuration Specialist at Spacesaver you will;
Preform technical product revisions on customer orders within configurator software
Produce proper job work orders and issue into sub-component areas of rail, floor, panel, etc.
as required for production procedures including determining related bills of materials, proper quantity of components and hardware
In conjunction with the Product Engineering department resolve, develop, and get approval regarding special design applications that may arise to aid in the manufacturing process
Work with installers and field service if problems arise
Prepare and maintain reports, records, manuals, work instructions, and files as related to responsibility
Review, advise and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, policies and implement as approved

Strong mathematical skills
Technical aptitude
The ability to maintain detailed and accurate customer information
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
CRM experience
Be personable with excellent communication skills
Ability read engineering drawings
