Production Team Leader

```Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Leader to join our team.
As a Production Leader, you will be supervise the daily activities of a production area to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved.
Coordinates work schedules, identifies process problems, troubleshoots causes and develops solutions.
Suggests improvements to improve efficiencies or safety.
Delivers or coordinates staff training and on-boards new staff.
Ensures all safety policies and processes are followed.
Generally has 2 years experience.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards - Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain accurate production records and reports - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes Skills: - Capacity Planning - Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment - Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) - Manufacturing Management - Process Management - Production Planning, Scheduling, and Support - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred Please note; this is not an exhaustive list of skills and responsibilities If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for leading teams and driving production success, we encourage you to apply!``` Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.
