*What Can You Expect?*

Record production on the relevant sheets.
Package and identify parts produced and affix labels.
Validate conformity between the product and product labels.
* Control the quality of his/her production.
Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies).
Ensure the smooth running of the work process.
* Ensure the conformity and cleanliness of his/her work area.
Clean his/her stations.
Check the conformity of his/her workstation before starting production.
* Help to ensure the correct operation of his/her production team.
Make suggestions and help to implement them.
Develop his/her versatility and multi skills.
Take part in working groups and progress meetings.
Comply with the rules of the company and 5S.
Help others.
* Pass on required information to the production team.
Attend team meetings.
Notify the process leader or manager in the event of a fault or potential problem.
Ensure that instructions are communicated to the next shift team's operator.

Job Description:
* Organize and manage production.
* Manage the continuous improvement of the cell
* Liaise with the platform and senior managers
* Manage his/her activity
-Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner.
-Propose an annual operator budger for his/her activity and ensure it is adhered to .
-Propose the necessary resources resources for attaining his/her objectives and implement the necessary actions for staff turnover (recruitment, transfers, dismissal/redundancy) and investments according to budgetary forecasts and labor constrains.
-Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them.
-Conduct annual performance reviews, set the objectives of his/her employers, including functional staff, then ensure deployment all the way down the hierarchy.
-Develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or training group training actions that are necessary to maintain performance levels of activities, in collaboration with the functional manager.
-Advise employees on professional development agreement with the functional manager and promote internal mobility.
-Propose salary increases in agreement with the functional manager within the framework of the group's salary policy .
-Enforce appropriate disciplinary measures for his/her employees when necessary.
-Ensure that his/her teams remain motivated and that there is a good internal atmosphere.
-Check and approve team members' epense claims (travel, etc.
) and authorizations for absence/vacations.
-Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to group procedures.
* Analyze and optimize complex technological processes requiring the mastery of several technical specialties including mechanics, plastic injections, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, and painting.
