*Essential Functions*
The Facility Services Technician is responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades.
Some of the duties include:
· Commercial framing, door installation, miscellaneous drywall repairs, interior and exterior painting and touchups, door hardware installation, filter maintenance, wood trim, and vinyl base.
· Non-technical maintenance of plumbing and water supply systems, electrical facilities and systems, and heating and cooling units and system controls.
· General maintenance, custodial, and trash removal tasks.
· Demolition of interior/exterior build-out when necessary.
*Qualifications*
The Facility Services Technician will have skilled trade experience in electric, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry totaling at least 10 years.
Ability to follow OSHA standards/requirements and local, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities.
The right candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The candidate should be familiar with reading blueprints and specs and have knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance.
