*Duties & Responsibilities*
As a Roofer, you will assist with commercial roofing jobs through the removal and installation of roofing materials.
* Install or fabricate commercial roofing systems.
* Perform demolition of roofs in designated areas.
* Read and understand blueprints and spec book.
* Prepare layout, cut, assemble, and fasten materials using appropriate tools.
* Verify and assure roofs ability to pitch to appropriate drain and scupper locations.
* Erect scaffolding and ladders for safe roof access.
*Qualifications*
The Roofer will have 5 or more years’ experience in flat roofing systems and materials.
Must know how to use popular construction tools.
Candidates must have no fear of heights or confined spaces.
Candidate must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, be legal to work in the United States, and be able to travel throughout the United States.
