*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain communication with customers to establish needs prior to arrival.
* Oversee pre-planning of service work/maintenance, ensuring work is planned and materials are ordered.
* Provide assistance to customers during work progress and deliver frequent status reports.
* Obtain customer approval for scope changes or additions.
* Assist Project Manager with contract and warranty administration.
* Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize workload, with multitasking as a must.
*Qualifications: *
We're seeking a Assistant Project Manager with degree in construction management with 2 or more years of experience either in the field or as an Assistant Project Manager.
That has extensive knowledge of the construction industry with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
As well as excellent communication and customer services skills.
