Secondly, after cleaning out the house I am looking for someone with some remodeling handy person skills.
Drywall, painting, ect.
I pay daily for unskilled labor work.
Own tools preferred but not necessary.
(I understand that times can be difficult because 90% of guys without tools in the past tell me that the tools they had were stolen, usually out of there storage units.
So please don't store your tools in a storage units because it seems to be an issue for skilled trades people losing their tools.

I am looking for someone first and foremost honest, trustworthy, and of good moral character.
Looking to build a working relationship long term and could include the opportunity for accommodation in the future if a good fit.
Skilled labor: Starting pay for skilled labor depends on experience, tools, and ect.
Our projects are always short term ( one or two days), but I always have projects here and there.
Drywall patching, painting, flooring install carpet and laminate, and always misc.
repairs.
Unskilled Labor Pays $10.
