We are looking for a hard-working Handyman //Jack of all trades person for part-time weekend work when needed.
Immediate need for a handyman/jack of all trades/remodeler/painter/landscaper who doesn't mind doing anything type of person who can do a little of everything and is really good at doing it.
We have several properties in and around Lake Geneva that need carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, remodeling, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, landscaping, and lots of other misc.
repairs, cleaning, etc.
We know we can't find just one person that is capable of doing all of these things so please let us know all the stuff you are good at doing and the hourly pay rate you are looking for.
This is only part-time and probably weekends only when needed so please let us know what your availability is.
This could be a long-term part-time relationship because we constantly need projects done.
Must have tools, transportation, and a valid driver's license.
Must be hard working, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.
