Hours: Sunday through Thursday 9:15pm-6am
Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize crane system including set up, hand controls, moving of forms, proper loading/unloading of forms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching
• Setup and use of Grinder and Cutter including carriage/harp/basket along with knowledge of daily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed
• Cheese recovery including scraping bottom of pallets and pans for brown process tubs
• Knowledge of color code system used for processing cheese including cheese type specifics for production
• Strict adherence to GMPs; Keep area clean
• Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management
• Accurate recordkeeping and line specific paperwork

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Moderately strenuous work involving standing, walking with frequent bending, twisting, pushing and squatting; Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced clean environment; frequently cool, wet, and moderate noise along with working with chemicals
