About the Role:
The Maintenance Mechanic role at the South Beloit location troubleshoots all equipment, conduct regular repairs and complete preventative maintenance as required.
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Able to operate all production equipment in assigned area
Able to understand simple drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams
Able to troubleshoot and repair most mechanical equipment in assigned area Able to troubleshoot and repair basic 3 phase electrical components, and control voltage problems
Able to stick or tig weld small repairs on equipment in order prevent long term downtime until a permanent repair can be completed
Able to proficiently PM assigned equipment with no supervision required Must be a self-starter and work with little supervision to complete assigned tasks Other duties assigned by maintenance supervisor
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates from 10:00p.
m.
to 7:00a.
m.
Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
Plus Shift differential.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
